Installation
Of Machine Screw Anchors
- Premark your holes.
- Using the ½" Combination Drill Bit, drill a hole deep enough to insert
the 1/4-20 Machine Screw Anchor into the Concrete or Concrete Block.
Blow-out any excess dust in the hole.
- Insert
the ¼-20 Machine Screw Anchor with the Brass portion entering the concrete
first.
- Insert
the ¼" Setting Tool into the lead portion of the Anchor and strike the
Setting Tool with a hammer until the lead portion expands over the brass
portion of the Anchor. Your Anchor is now ready for use with the ¼-20
Bolt.
- Position
your panel or wood over the Anchor and affix it with the ¼-20 Bolt.

Installation
Of ¼-20 Brass Wood Bushings
- Premark your holes.
- Using the 3/8" Wood Spade Drill Bit, drill a hole deep enough to insert
the ¼-20 Brass Wood Bushing into the wood. Blow out any excess dust
in the hole.
- Insert the ¼-20 Brass Wood Bushing with the unslotted portion into
the hole first.
- Using a slotted screw driver, screw the Brass Wood Bushing into the
hole until it is fully embedded in the wood.
- Position your panel over the Brass Wood Bushing Anchor and affix it
with the ¼-20 Bolt.

Installation
Of The Brass Machine Screw Anchors With The Use Of The ½ X ¼ Combination
Drill Bit
- Premark your holes.
- Using the Combination Drill Bit, drill a hole deep enough to set the
¼-20 Brass Machine Screw Anchor into the concrete or concrete block.
Should you need to charge the depth of your hole, use the enclosed Hex
Key to loosen the collar on the bit. Once the collar is loosened, you
may adjust the length or the ¼" Pilot Bit. You can obtain a deeper ½"
hole by reversing the collar on the bit. The hole must be deep enough
to fully set the anchor into the concrete or concrete block. Blow out
any excess concrete dust.
- Insert the Brass Machine Screw Anchor with the Brass portion entering
the concrete first.
- Insert the ¼" Setting Tool into the lead portion of the Anchor and
strike the Setting Tool with a hammer until the lead portion expands
over the brass portion of the Anchor. Your Anchor is now ready for use
with the ¼-20 Bolt.
- Position your panel over the Brass Machine Screw Anchor and affix
it with the ¼-20 Bolt.

su panel o plywood sobre el Anchor y atonrillelo con el ¼-20 Bolt.

- Marque
donde iran los huecos.
- Usando
un 3/8" Wood Spade Drill Bit, perfore un hueco en la madera lo suficiente
profundo para insertar el ¼-20 Brass Wood Bushing. Sople el polvo dentro
del hueco.
- Inserte
el ¼-20 Brass Wood Bushing en el hueco, con la parte sin la ranura adentro.
- Usando
un destornillador plano atornillar completamente el Brass Wood Bushing
en el hueco de la madera.
- Posicione
su panel o plywood sobre el Brass Wood bushing y atornille con el ¼-20
Bolt.

De Brass Machine Screw Y Odo De Empleo De La Combinacion De ½ X ¼ Drill
Bit
- Marque
donde iran los huecos.
- Usando
el Comination Drill Bit, perfore un hueco en el concreto o bloque de
concreto, lo suficiente profundo para colocar el ¼-20 Brass Machine
Screw Anchor. Si necesitat cambiar el tamano del hueco, use la llave
hexagonal para aflojar el collar del bit. Una vez flojo el collar del
bit, ajuste la longitud del ¼" Pilot bit. Si desea obtener un hueco
de /2", inverta el collar del bit, perforando el hueco lo suficiente
profundo en el concreto o bloque de concreto. Sople el polvo dentro
del hueco.
- Inserte
el rass Machine Screw anchor en el hueco, con la parte de bronce hacia
adentro.
- Coloque
el setting Tool ¼" dentro de la porcion de plomo del anchor y martille
el Setting Tool hasta que el plomo expanda sobre la parte de bronce
del anchor Ahora el anchor esta listo para recibir el ¼-20 bolt.
- Posicione
su panel o plywood sobre el Brass Machine Screw Anchor y atornille Con
el 1/4/20.
